It's available in two stage or single stage double acting design. No belts or pulleys are used, making it the quietest electric gas booster in it's class at only 60 dBA. Haskel boosters are pneumatically powered and give you the capability of greatly increasing the pressure of your existing air system. Haskel boost pumps can take 150 psi and increase it to 6000 PSI for refilling a DOT or ASME cascade systems. Haskel gas boosters are used to boost the PSI from a stored air system to refill SCBA or SCUBA air cylinders on the fire scene or at the dive site.

Sierra air boosters are electrically powered single stage and two stage boosters to boost pressure of air, inert gas and oxygen gas, with modifications. Units can reach pressures up to 6000 PSI (414 BAR).

Standard Sierra boosters are for breathing air and inert gas only. They are not compatable without special 100% oxygen gas modifications.
