American Airworks ISO-UN-DOT Air Cascade Systems
We provide technical assistance on Air Cascade Systems for fire departments, paintball, SCUBA and industry. A system may include two or more ISO/UN/DOT cylinders, mounted in your facility, on a mobile air trailer or inside your fire truck.
Get approximately 38 refills of 2216 PSI 45 CF SCBA cylinders from a four cylinder cascade system. This estimate of refills assumes the SCBA cylinder has 500 PSI remaining in it at the time of refilling.
UN/ISO/DOT cylinders can be mounted vertically or horizontally and are used in a stationary or mobile application. We have cylinder mounting rack(s) are available for stationary and mobile applications.
UN/ISO/DOT cylinders must be retested every ten (10) years. No 10% overfill is available with these lightweight styled cylinders. Standard DOT cylinders are hydro-tested every five (5) years.
